I've made the decision to return to competition with the US Bobsled team! I've just returned from a week in Lake Placid that included combine testing, push testing, and training with US athletes. Since the 2010 Olympic games the US team endured several significant changes. Three Olympic medal winners retired, and three push athletes transitioned into new roles as drivers. Because of this, the team now includes several new drivers with good success in last season's World Cup and we look forward to a fantastic 2011-12 season! Stay tuned for updates on US Team Trials in October!

New training videos available!
This spring, I filmed two new training videos that are now available:
1. A follow up to the Hurricane Ingrid DVD, John Brookfield and I filmed a second ropes video, teaching partner and team training exercises.
2. The first video released in the Mastery of Physical Prowess series, this DVD includes Chain Reaction training, the Weight of Water and a few advanced Battling Ropes drills.

US Women win bronze
Huge congratulations to my teammates Erin Pac and Elana Meyers for their bronze medal performance at the 2010 Olympic Games! I couldn't be happier for them!

This has been an amazing season! I am currently with the US bobsled team in Konigssee, Germany, with just 3 races left on the World Cup tour and just 10 days until Olympic selection decisions are announced!

After a wonderful break in Boston, where I spent my time training and preparing for the rest of the bobsled season, I arrived back in Europe today. The next couple of weeks will include race-offs and races, with Olympic team selection announced on January 17th! It has been an amazing year and I look forward to what 2010brings!

The bobsled World Cup tour is now in Winterberg, Germany. I will be racing this weekend with driver Bree Schaaf in the USA III sled. Universal Sports will televise our race this Monday at 9pm EST. Send us fast and powerful thoughts for the race!!

4th in Park City World Cup Race!!
Universal Sports online has race coverage of this past weekend's World Cup race in Park City, UT. I raced with driver Bree Schaaf to take 4th! USA II Erin Pac and Mickie Rzepka won bronze.

World Cup 4th place!!
I raced with driver Bree Schaaf in the first World Cup of the season in Park City, Utah today. We took 4th in a field of prior World Cup and Olympic medalists! Great start to the year!!

1st Bobsled World Cup 2009-2010 season
I have been selected to race with driver Bree Schaaf in this season's first World Cup race. The race is this Friday, November 13th in Park City, Utah and can be watched on Universal Sports.
The USA (women's) sleds are:
USA I: Shauna Rohbock and Valerie Fleming
USA II: Erin Pac and Mickie Rzepka
USA III: Bree Schaaf and Ingrid Marcum
